Norman has been involved with brass bands
for the last 31 years having
previously played with the Mellinngriffith Band (of which he is a life
member).
He’s married with two children and five grandchildren and is now
enjoying his retirement having previously worked as an electrician.
His proudest banding moment was playing E flat bass as a guest player
with the
Newport borough band when they competed in the second section of the
Aberystwyth contest.
